On 19 September, the researchers of the MetalRem and Bioredoxx projects presented the perspectives of nanoremediation and bioremediation to the professional public and partners at the Faculty of Environment of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Participants had the opportunity to learn about remediation of metal-contaminated soils and groundwater, PFAS contamination issues, bioremediation of chlorinated ethenes or vapour intrusion of contaminants into buildings and the latest trends in remediation.
The event was attended by representatives of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, Dekonta, Ltd., Charles University, Palacký University in Olomouc, the Ministry of the Environment and the Czech Environmental Inspectorate.
